Great Movie Ride Poll

Post by AKLRULZ » May Sat 27, 2006 6:07 pm

This was actual dinner table conversation in my house tonight - we typically listen to Sub during dinner for "Disney Ambiance" since we can't be there every night - GMR ride through came on and the rest is history! 8)

Oh, wow. I can only remember the Gangster scene, so I can't vote. Is the Western one just as cheesy and hard to hear?

I love the gangster ones!! They are so much more fun adn make the ride more enjoyable. I've had both and the westerns are to me boring.

I like the gangster one because of the gangster accents :)

I think I have to say gangster. Probably because it's the only side I've seen  lol I have to admit though, it was pretty scary being right next to the drivers area when the gangster's waving that gun around. Eek!

Oh my gosh! Last time we rode this we actually had the gangster scene and when the bullets started flying I pretended to get shot and scared the living daylights out of my youngest son who thought for sure I'd been killed. He actually got pretty upset even though he's ridden the ride since he was an infant.

I'm now investing in a savings account for his therapy later in life!

I have been on the Great Movie Ride at least 8 times and I have never seen the Western version. I was starting to believe that there were not two versions! :)

I actually work over at the Great Movie Ride myself and the Western scene is usually done only in the first part of the day and there arent as many cars that do the western scene. If you want to see the western hijak just ask a cast member and they can set you right up. I havent been on the site in a very long time so I must ask is the GMR ride through track a live show and were they somehow able to get just the show audio, I tried requesting it but it wouldnt allow me to. I am just dying to know if by some slight chance it was my show

take it easy guys
