Is your spouse/SO as big of a Disney freak as you?

Just curious if folks in relationships here have "buy in" on the Disney thing! :D

My wife has definitely grown into a Disneyland/WDW fan as we have some of our best trips at Disney.
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

Actually. My Hubby doesn't care for Disney too much. He's still young though, I'm hoping that when he mellows a bit with age, and when we have kids (whom I will bring to WDW WITH.. or WITHOUT Hubby), he will "buy into" it more. LUCKILY, my family is HUGE into Disney, SOOOO I go to WDW with my sis! I also teach dance part time... and they have dance conventions etc. @ Disney frequently... Can we say TOTAL TAX DEDUCTION?!?!??! Woohoo!

When I met my wife, she was not too into the Disney thing. I have been doing quite well in corrupting her though. She now looks forward to the family trips to WDW and is lookign forward to bring our niece (1 yr old) and nephew (3 days old) to Disney in a couple of years.

My wife and I are like druggies in a meth lab when it comes to Disney. There is nothing to keep us in check.

My cat is getting to where she appreciates my listening to SubSonic more and more everyday. I will have her completely hooked before long and will have to leave it on when I am gone during the day. She is my companion...LOL and she is the best!! Except no kissing me after "cleaning" herself..........if you have a cat you know what I mean :P

My wife didn't enjoy Disney that much. Our most recent trip though I think changed her mind. Now she's not as crazy as I am or anything over it, but we are going back in August. :)

I would LOVE to get my hubby more into disney... Any Ideas? Should I lock him in a dark closet and continuously play "It's a small world"?  That may not be easy... since he's bigger than me...alas.

Knedeau, put a tape recorder next to his side of the bed that plays "you will love everything Disney" over and over again. I think the subtle subliminal thing is better than the closet...ha ha ha Of-course you may become more obessed since you will hear the tape too, then goodness help us all...ha ha ha

My fiancee was a pretty big fan when we started dating... she ADORES Sleeping Beauty, Alice in Wonderland, and Lady & the Tramp... but she definitely wasn't as into the parks as I am... she learned quick though. Our first out-of-town trip together was Valentine's Day in Disneyland, and we got engaged on a weeklong trip to WDW. We're planning on part of our honeymoon being DL, and I know we both see Disneyland (about 380 miles away) as definite future family vacations, when we start a family.

So all in all... no complaints :)

Not my SO but my mum used to not be as into it as me, but I'm slowly converting her! :)

My hubby is turning into a Disneyphile. Not nearly as fanatic as me, but he really does enjoy visits to WDW!

Always. :)

Squid had only been to Disneyland once before we met, so naturally we've gone about a bazillion times since we've been dating. He bought his first annual pass this trip, actually, so we may go many many more times.
