THAT IS WICKED AWESOME.

I haven't checked the threads in five days either. I have been a good little boy. Now you will be running around taking pics of him during the first trip. And heck now you can use him as an excuse to ride rides that are more for the youngins'. Ofcourse you could have riden them anyway.

I Agree! It's a great "excuse" to ride the youngin's rides! It will be so awesome when he grows to experience Disney through his eyes! WOOHOO!

Unfortunatley no but I hang out with Cam Nealy, Denis Leary, and Mike Morgan all of the Leary Firefighter Foundation. Before you ask we aren't huge friends, it's just that I donate money to the foundation and I meet them 8 times a year because of it. And of course I watch This Old House all the darn time.

I do plan on moving up to the Mass-ta-ba-too-chets area after my apprenticeship is done.

And Club33hopeful where have you been? Welcome back!

Yeah, it has been about five months. I just had a whole lot of crap going on, family member medical emergencies, and various other stuff, and didn't have the time. Work has been ugly, as my main client's fiscal year ends May 31, and they always have a bunch of year-end filings. WOW is a small part of that too, but I haven't played that much either. I should be back regularly now.

Mom = Cancer. Also recovering nicely now with no trace of the cancer left.
Wife = Torn Meniscus in her right knee. Still waiting to hear how to proceed with this one.

Well it is good to hear from you. I feel like I have known you for a while because of all of your posts that I have read in serveral threads.

And ofcourse work has just distracted me so I don't remember where I was going with the rest of this but welcome back again.

Long story short, she was a long haul truck driver with my brother. They drove as a team, one sleeping while the other drove. She decided she wanted to be near home in Oklahoma, so she decided to give up the long haul, and find a company to drive for locally. She ended up driving a large dump truck for a gravel company. When she pulled back into the yard one day, she went to step out of the truck, and quickly realized that the step was not in the same place as on the freightliner. She ended up falling backward, and her back hit the step on the truck next to hers. Completely shattered a vertebrae.

oooooo the has to hurt! I see alot of the dump truck drivers around the construction site that cmcd13 is and they are climbing around the truck like monkeys to open or close the top and I always wondered if they fell what would happen. And seeing them in the truck when a load is dumped in the back always freaks me out, they really get jostled around in there. How is she doing now? Is she in therapy yet or still bed riden?

Well getting back to the point of this thread, Addlema now you can get disney stuff for his room. Like the that little TV/DVD thing that looks like mickey and various other appliances, not to mention the blender so you and the wife can celebrate with some frozen (mickey) daiquiris.

you're taking a child less than a year old to WDW? What is there to do with children that young? I'm really curious.

It's been about three weeks now since the surgery, and she is up and about. Feeling pretty good too, but still very sore. They say it will take about six-nine months for her to recover fully.
