I've often thought that would be a nice place for a picnic, some excellent star watching and then a good night's sleep!L3PCT wrote:Today I'm thinking I'd like to stay in spaceship earth under the stars at the top of the ride!!!

I would like to set up camp right in the middle of Main Street (after all other guests have exited of course)...I can imagine nothing better than falling asleep after enjoying a nice vanilla ice cream cone as the Wishes! exit music loops, all while looking down Main Street at that amazing icon...Upon waking, head directly to The Crystal Palace for some puffed French Toast and off to the attractions!

Awesome thread. My roommate and I always kidded that we would never want to spend a night alone in the haunted mansion too creepy. But my favorite place has always been in adventureland. Upstairs in one of the houses near aloha isle. Always wanted to live there.

If they still had it, the Skyway between Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. Cool breezes and swaying back and forth. Don't know if DL still has theirs...

My favorite idea still is to camp-out in the Treehouse!
Re: Sleep over at one of WDW parks, where would you pick??
There are so many good ideas that people have already stolen... For me it would be the private reception area down in the seven seas lagoon in front of (I think?) the Italy pavilion, OR the Ewok village above the Star Tours queue, OR the building used for lunch by people doing the Wild Africa Trek in Animal Kingdom.
