I'm stoked for this!
Where did you find this out from?

I believe it was also mentioned in one of the Imagineering videos as well.

it would have to be less than 4' 10". otherwise it would not live up to its name(nor allow people of smaller stature to ride).

Thanks for sharing! I hadn't seen that information before. :)

Well 40" is 3' 4", so it will live up to its name.

Hmmm - just saw the 40" restriction. As I am 72" tall, I guess I can NOT ride. Strange to spend that much money for a ride restricted to 40" and under. Well, dwarfs and such. I do seem to remember Snow White having to duck a lot in the movie.

Oh, wait - 40" and OVER - now I get it!

Thanks, Amy. I worry sometimes that my humor does not convey well in text format. Sometimes, actually, it doesn't convey at all and I find myself laughing alone at some in-depth geeky sort of joke I just made, whilst the wife and/or others just look at me. And I really enjoy bad jokes in class. Quick - whats brown and sounds like a bell??? :?:

I was going to say something about Snow White and ducks, too, but couldn't find anything really funny. Remember, it all started with a duck. Or something. Or Snow White holding a duck while having to duck. Ducks a lot for the laughing faces!

 I had to look up the bell joke ~ that's cute. I suppose one of these days I am going to have to watch Monty Python as it seems to be referenced a lot on here...something else for the to-do list I guess :D

Dung...for those of you still in suspense! And I grew up watching Monty Python on a B&W tube TV on public broadcasting...wow. Those were the days...now I have two computer monitors that put that B&W to shame. In all my offices, too!

Here is an updated view of the ride to see the progress being made as of 2/3/2014. Looks like more trees have been added to the "mountain" as well as a few other details.
