I don't think there are many people in the world that are able to read the entire book in one sitting. even myself, while I may say non-stop, need to take small breaks to adjust the eyes, grab something to eat/drink (as I don't want to drip/drop anything on the pages on the book), go to the bathroom, etc.
I think that MOST people would be the same way, unless you're a speed reader or something...

Harry Potter
I don't care much for the Harry Potter books. I have read a couple and I must say they are overrated.

Yeah I saw GoF. I really enjoyed it even though they left so much stuff out and changed things around. This film is more action than dialogue. And yeah, I don't remember seeing any Dementors in it...well their presence wasn't as foreboding as in the 3rd film.

I thought the movie was good, but really rushed due to so much left out. I also did not like the attitude they gave Dumbledore.

Yeah I have a problem with the new Dumbledore. I guess he's not new anymore. I don't know if it's the actor, or the directing that just makes Dumbledore seem very...dull, boring, uncaring etc.js3901 wrote:I thought the movie was good, but really rushed due to so much left out. I laughed so hard when he announced the girls from 'BOW BATTEN!'

that's another thing I hated. In the book, both schools were coed (as there were indications of boys at Beaubatons and a mention os girls at Durmstrang). The movie split them up so all of Beaubatons is female and all of Durmstrang is male.

And the maze - in the book there was actually things in the maze, yet, in the movie it's just a plain old hedgemaze......nobody needs magic to get through a hedgemaze!
That was my favorite part in the book and I was looking forward to it the whole movie, and then it goes and disappoints me...grrrrr...
