LOL, except I think people cringe at the "catchy rhythm" and "feel of the wheel" those kinda get stuck in your head
but that's what I like about them 8) I was really gonna hog the station with more, but decided to be sorta nice by only requesting 8 or 10 ha ha ha!! Lovin the Boston weather today my friend! Bring on the sunshine!!

Haha, I was listening then too. It really felt Anti-SubsonicRadio there for a second.

After being treated to it twice in a row, with one short track between, I heartily agree with you. I thought tracks were only supposed to play once in a 24-hour period; did I misunderstand?kidred001 wrote:California Adventure - paradise pier music - full 3711 points 61 Minutes, 51 seconds.

I'm not sure exactly where that track came from (I know where I got it from - a p2p program I use), but that song's not in the lanouba show anywhere. I got the DVD for the show and recorded the entire thing (got both a full version at a little under 90 minutes long, and individual segments). It's alot better IMHO...mikesatregis wrote:Heres a new one for me:
Walt Disney World - downtown disney - cirque du soleil - la nouba - a tale
It has a "rap" start and I thought for a second I got bumped off subsonic!

I hate that French track that has the most annoying sounding version of whom I assume is supposed to be Minnie Mouse. I mean Minnie's never really had a pleasant voice, but this is the worst. That laugh "ha-HA!" goes right through me. I understand it's supposed to be cute, but it's taken to the extreme so to me it sounds more frightening than anything.
Also, I don't really like the "Get the feel of the wheel of a Ford" song either.
Actually anything that you hear on a continuous loop of either identical or near identical versions from different parks/eras is quite annoying.
That promo for HM with the cheesiest voice actors is entertaining once but from the second time on it's pretty lame
Oh and one last one, that Jungle Cruise track that sounds like it's a radio broadcast is sort of annoying. It's long, plus it's not very funny so very un-Jungle Cruise to me. It's like actually supposed to be a serious news broadcast of the jungle rivers. Blah.

I think it has to be that My Pal Mickey stuff...Its kind of cool or even funny when yuo have 1 breaking up the monotany of longer tracks...but there are people hwo request the entire block. Since they're so short you can request the whole thing. I really think the point value on those should be raised. Its rediculous when a new user logs in and requests the whole thing.

I requested that La Nouba - A Tale song and I actually kind of liked it. The rap segment was really short and sounded like a fake Tupac mixed with Coolio
so even that was entertaining if not for sheer humor.
I must say that I too now hate Paradise Pier full. It came up again. I heard that distorted California Girls come up and I dreaded calling up the site to see what exactly was playing (I was hoping it was JUST that song).
Also, I'm not a fan of the entire Land Pavillion loop. It's like bad Frontierland music (and I'm not a big fan of Frontierland music either
don't hate me) for an hour. I don't know I just don't think country type music when I think Disney. I don't think one hour of distorted pop/rock songs about California either. I don't think rap either, but La Nouba isn't really Disney and minus those few seconds the rest of the song sounds pretty Disney-esque.
I wonder if there's anyone who hates me for selecting the Living Seas pre-show everytime I can....I just like hearing her say "The delluge"

LOL! It just kills me when she says that -- it sounds so ominous! Actually I love all of the Living Seas tracks, so I mind hearing any of them!Mr.ToadWildRider wrote: I wonder if there's anyone who hates me for selecting the Living Seas pre-show everytime I can....I just like hearing her say "The delluge"
