Perfect Music for a Disney trip

Post by SysFail » May Mon 01, 2006 5:55 pm

ok so...
I will be back home in WDW on this friday.

I want to hear your suggestions for the PERFECT 20 songs or so to put on my MP3 player for my trip. I'm talking lounging by the polynesian pool...the beach at the Yacht club etc...the perfect blend of music for being at Disney.

ps. it doesnt have to be a Disney tune etc....anything is fair game.

:)

I tell you what...Blue Man group. The first CD called "Audio". No lyrics, the drumming will fit the Polynesian, and its pretty relaxing music.

If you want lyrics...Paint with all the colors of the wind from Pocahontas, and Whole new world from Aladdin

Audio is a good cd, and is relaxing if the volume isn't too loud. Don't laugh- but the entire Lion King soundtrack from the movie, or even the Broadway musical has a good variety of songs.

A relaxing song with a slow and relaxing tempo is Te'n va Pas by Elsa. Also I suggest Amber by 311.
"A pirate in irons be full o' guile.
And the blackest 'art wears the broadest smile."

Oh, and "Welcome Home."

for some non-disney, relaxing music, try Excalibur by Medwyn Goodall. Very relaxing, but beware, you may just fall asleep...

and for some disney stuff, can;t go wrong with some of the muppet tracks from Muppetvision 3d or the interior loops for the Land or Wonders of Life. Email me if you'd like the Excalibur tracks. I have them on my comp and can send them to you...

Try Anything by ub40 - Warm music for the warm weather - "Labor of Love II" is a good one

if you want RELAXING music, try vangelis - "chariots of fire" or "Themes"
"Hey, Look at that guy in the Goofy Mask!" "That's not a mask!" "Oh... Sorry Lady!"
