Here's the video slideshow I made. I had an absolute blast making it and it was fun for me to watch him grow up all over again. You really get a sense of his personality in this video...more so than in just the weekly pictures where he's always smiling. :)

I hope you all enjoy it. I'll try to get some birthday and birthday party pictures uploaded ASAP.

I love it!!!!! I want to do something similar for my "baby's" graduation party next month.

I loved how the chaos ensues as he became more mobile. I was actually laughing because I could just picture you playing goalie trying to keep him from moving around and leaving the picture frame. :)

Awesome awesome awesome!!!! How precious! I love how at the end you also did by the weeks that's cool, and then finished it with the one week and last week pics, awesome idea! That 44 week picture really made me smile big how he was coming toward the picture too cute! Thanks so much for sharing, too precious!

I can't believe we actually took his picture in the same chair every single Monday from Week 1 to Week 52. It took hours going through the pictures to find ones to use. Over 500 pictures were used in the whole slideshow video. It didn't take all that long to make the video in iMovie on my wife's MacBook. I really did have so much fun. I watched the video on repeat for over a half hour after I got done making it...at midnight!

Awww, so sweet! You did a great job. It really is amazing how much he changed. And it was fun seeing how he got more mobile and mischievous as he got older.
Will you continue to take pictures of him at regular intervals?

Yeah we plan on taking monthly pictures during this second year since once you get past 1 year old, the weeks don't really matter.

I don't have birthday party pictures uploaded...but here are a few from his actual birthday.

A birthday pancake?! That is a great idea :D
Love all the photos, but I have to agree with cousininmiami, I like the cupcake pictures the best. Love his face plant right into the frosting and am impressed with how much of a mess he made  I wonder what he will be able to do with a WDW monster cupcake? ;)

Yeah, you know how annoying it can be when you ask someone how old there toddler is and they respond, "38 months".
Personally I would still love the weekly photo regardless, but monthly is easier since there will probably be a lot of chasing involved :goofy_bounce:

So for DS's second year we are doing Monthly pictures instead of Weekly ones.

We are hoping he will cooperate and continue posing for these pictures with Mickey...so we'll see how well it goes.

Me too Sleepy! He is still as adorable as ever. I bet you can manage to bribe him if you are only trying for a monthly photo instead of a weekly photo BIG
