First trip. It'll mostly be a trip to Tokyo, with a few Disney days thrown in. Tokyo is really expensive! I'm sure you've done your homework, but make sure you get a fastpass for Pooh's Honey Hunt at TDL and Journey to the Center of the Earth at TDS. I couldn't figure out why so many people were gathered around the Pooh attraction until I got to experience it! Wow ~ it is amazingacp wrote:First trip. Hopefully you get a chance to see TDL EP Dreamlights while you're there. Also, make sure your wallets a bit deep before you're going - TDL put out a lot of 25th anniversary merchandise, so I imagine they would do the same for the 30th...acp wrote:

I intend to get through as much of both parks as I can during the trip. I'll be spending at least four days at the resort, with the possibility of an extra day or two if needed (I've got a rough itinerary for the full trip in the works, but I've worked in some flexibility for certain things). The day after, however, Pirates of the Caribbean at TDL and Journey to the Centre of the Earth at TDS close for refurbishments.Are you going to make it to both parks in order to see the Pirates and the Journey to the Center of the Earth before they close for refurb? By the time they close, I'll have had two days in each park. For Journey, the plan is to get a FastPass for it pretty much first thing. Since it's one of the unique-to-Tokyo things, it ranks pretty high on the need-to-see list. So one way or another, I'll be riding it
