What was the production cost of the conversion/distro? So far it made 30 million.

I am still leaning towards Oz or Iron man, since Avengers came out in April, and the wrap appeared in March.

Whatever it was, it caused Disney, from what I've heard, to cancel Little Mermaid 3D.

Whatever happens, time will tell. Like I said before, if there is another, I hope it isn't for a few more years.

I've seen rumblings about a new Muppets movie, maybe that will be advertised somewhere.

It comes out next year.

They might also simply dried up the gen x parent tap since the parents think "Oh lets take the kids to see the same movie we saw" then have the kids not like it. I still think they might for for Disney Infinity since that is supposedly their response to skylanders.

I think it was more of the fact that most parents have those movies at home already and the kids are tired of them.

And what is skylanders? :?

That may also be a factor too, but nostalgia makes people stupid as well. If you look at the character development, it is different now. In the past the villians were pure evil, now they are just more d*ckish. :D

Skylanders is a toy and video game franchise (and I think cartoon) that was made by Activision Blizzard that served as a mash up of a bunch of their franchises with their purchase of the Spyro universe. Think of it like pokemon, but instead of cards they are toys and that those toys are also activated within the games themselves (You buy the little dragon character, and now you also have one to play with in the game with your friends).

In like 6 months of operation it had pulled in over a half billion and, unlike a film, they can constantly add to it and have repeat customers.

We will probably hear about any plans for wrapping monorails come February. Things like this will be known when people start noticing one color missing or the parks blog makes a mention about it. Also, people tend to drive by the monorail barn and if Disney leaves something hanging out again we will know something is in the works.

Wouldn't be surprised if I see something in the next few weeks/months.

I think the only reason they don't do the wraps on DLR monorails is that there simply as many eyes on it.

I have to agree with Len, I'm more of a basic Disney girl so I don't like when they mess with the looks of the monorail. I thought the Tron one was a little weird looking. It stood out and not in a good way.

UPDATE: Since he is an Avenger, figured I'd post this here.

Introducing the Iron Manorail (I did not come up with the name):

I would have guessed Oz, but at the same time Marvel movies will make a lot more than their other franchises.

I would have wanted Oz but then again, Disney owns Marvel so they can do what they want with certain characters/groups.

I hoped for Oz as well... But the Iron Man wrap is pretty neat.
