He is from your upcoming doom...
If you are able to handle swears just google him and look at the youtube video, otherwise borderlands 2, main character, spends way too much time trying to kill you when it's his own company that brings you back to life.

Personally, I could care less about the alcohol issue. Working at V&A's has made me see that alcohol revenue is MASSIVE in Disney's food and beverage operations and including this at a restaurant at MK that's already charging exorbitant prices for minimal food and lots of atmosphere will bring in MORE money. I don't think the argument that people will get drunk is valid either; it isn't flowing freely and it won't leave the restaurant, even in to-go cups (see, this is why people who work for Disney and at MK in particular are the ones to ask about these things and not trust the web

). And if parents have had a long day with their kids being less than perfect angels (because let's face it, whose kids are ever saints at Disney? I wasn't), and they want a wine/beer with their meal... let them. It won't hurt things. If people don't even know it's being served, they won't pay a bit of attention.
Sorry, had to chime in. Walt's vision was one of CHANGE and this is a change. And if it makes the guests happy, so be it.

You mean to tell me a $600 bottle of wine doesn't cost WDW $600 as well?

No, that would be a huge NOOOOOO!!!!! You would have to be high to think that anyone sells product at cost. Take the IOC (the olympic people) for example, they had London pay like 20k for a bottle of Cognac valued at roughly 1.7k.

Honestly, why would anyone spend that kind of $$ for a bottle of adult beverage of any ilk? There's so much that can be done to benefit people for the same price.

I was joking when I said what I said.
Heck...DW and I sometimes make sure we have a glass of wine or beer before going out to eat sometimes...because we pay less for a bottle at home than you do for a glass of the same stuff in a restaurant.

I didn't mean that to be a judgment statement. If someone has that kind of $$ then it's his or her prerogative to spend it (legally) as wished. I just don't get it.

Because they weren't paying for it? The IOC could give a sh*t about the benefit of people.
