Disney Day Care
Ok, now when I was young I remember there being a building in WDW we went to that had day care. I don't know if this exists anymore but I have seen where CM's will watch your kids in your room for an extra fee. Has anyone ever used DIsney Day Care before? How was it? How much was it? I may need to use it in November and would like to find out more about it. Is it even available anymore???

I know that, at least at the Beach Club, there is a service that cares for kids while the parents go out, get krunked, have sex, etc. Most tourist locations seem to offer in room (which costs more) or centralized baby sitting.

Looks like there are various options are available at the higher end resorts, plus a in-room option, and you can take those babysitters with you into the parks if you like. Surprisingly the rates seem fair too ~ $11.50 on up per hour. I would think your kids might enjoy one of the themed clubs like the Neverland Club at the Poly.
Re: Disney Day Care
There's the Neverland Club at the Poly and there's also one at AKL. The one at the Grand is closed as we do our ridiculously inconvenient refurbs.

not that there is really a 'downtime' or an 'off-season' at the world... that is why walt picked orlando and outlying areas for his theme parkSoarin08 wrote:There's the Neverland Club at the Poly and there's also one at AKL. Re: Disney Day Care
Half the resort is closed and they're being VERY tacky with the temp set-ups... you should see it. Our short-term QSR place looks more like the breakroom of some Motel 6 than a dining location at one of the most expensive hotels on property.dstrawn9889 wrote:not that there is really a 'downtime' or an 'off-season' at the world... that is why walt picked orlando and outlying areas for his theme parkSoarin08 wrote:There's the Neverland Club at the Poly and there's also one at AKL. But I digress... I think our child care closure is permanent, actually. Very inconvenient with Victoria and Albert's being right here and of course not allowing children.

Try going after labor day, spring break, halloween, etc. There is an off-season.dstrawn9889 wrote:not that there is really a 'downtime' or an 'off-season' at the world... that is why walt picked orlando and outlying areas for his theme parkSoarin08 wrote:There's the Neverland Club at the Poly and there's also one at AKL. Are you currently working at the Grand Floridian...why and when do they move you from one location to another, and do you have a say?Soarin08 wrote:Half the resort is closed and they're being VERY tacky with the temp set-ups... you should see it.
