With the "free" parking. I stay at AK and if I want to go to poly for kona cafe breakfast then ride the monorail to MK. I see nothing wrong with it. And you can just go to any resort even if you aren’t staying on property. If you are a Florida resident you can park without resort ID. I’m sure lots do this to skip the parking cost, which is actually ridiculous because you have no choice but park. It isn’t like you can choose to walk unless you stay at a resort that has this benefit. And pool hopping is allowed if you are DVC. Except AKL and YC.
And while the subject of showing you ID at the pool, which I doubt they will ask anyone unless they are walking off the shuttle with pool clothing on carrying beach towels. You are supposed to show resort ID for the busses. I have never seen or heard of this every happening, so I’m sure the pool hoppers can rest easy with there "sins"

A huge one that was not listed was being the "FastPass getter" for your gigantic group. It's worst at TSMM where you get one person standing there with 50-100 park tickets getting all of those FPs while everyone waits in line behind you.

I had endured that this weekend when this one kid was getting fastpasses at Space Mountain for his entire family and had all their cards. He must have done it wrong because some of the fastpasses he had said they were not valid. Oh well, kid.

They are usually there when we are in February along with the Argentinians and last year the Spanish.

Being in South America...our Winter is their Summer. So I think that is when they take their big vacations.
You'll know you are there during BTG (Brazilian Tour Group) season because you'll see groups of 15-40 people all gathered around someone holding up a small Brazilian flag. They will also sometimes be wearing yellow shirts. Really though...you can't miss the BTGs when they are there.

No Not at all. Manners have gone out the window. Maybe if they ask....NO Problem.....And the people I am refering to are the ones that just push you aside.

How exactly is a tour group any different than a regular guest when it comes to FP? Since there are a fininte number of passes and every guest has equal access to them, it's not exactly a sin.

No it's not if everyone stood in line and got their own. This is not what happens though one person stands at the machine and takes everyone's tickets while they go off and have fun on another ride leaving all other guests stuck behind this collector. Just to add insult to injury last year we had four of them taking up all of the machines for Toy Story Mania, now I know that they want to ride but so do other people and really riding it does not bother me all that much but there were some little kids that would have loved a ride but their parents would not stand in a 2hour queue and I don't blame them for that and when these guys had finished the fastpass time was 4 hours out, I ask is that fair.

The worst I ever saw was from an East Asian tour group. The girl who was getting the TSMM FPs had to have around 100 tickets in her hand. It was so bad that eventually a CM came and locked off that FP line so only that girl could get FPs. I see no problem with one person in a family getting FPs for everyone else as long as you aren't getting more than 6 or 8 FPs. It's actually much faster than having each family member walk up and do it, which saves all other guests' time who are waiting to get FPs. When you are going to get FPs for a huge group though, I have a problem with that. It can also inflate the FP return line as well...which is another problem with TSMM.
But I digress...

I agree. Not that a policy like this can ever really be enforced, but they should have a CM monitor the FP machines (like they do now), but they should set a limit to how many one person could get to maybe 8 per person. That wouldn't effect the FP return time when large groups come, but at least the FP machine line would be more representative of how long you will need to wait to even get your FP ticket...if one person is at a machine but has 30 or 40 tickets, you can wait for that person for a long time....but if they limit it to 8 per person, there will be 5 people for that group instead of 1....might make you think to go to a different line...or at least make all the machines available sooner...

Excellent points.
It's my belief in the package tour groups get that Disney should provide some sort of "group Fastpasses" that are given when they check in to prevent them from taking up all the others. But hey, a rude Brazilian horde doesn't seem to care.
