Is the movie you are thinking of "The Shining"? That is one long hallway

F1gment and I are spoiled by the values ~ bet no one else would have thought of saying that!

All the rooms open to the outside so the "hallways" don't look so bad!

It doesn't make me think of the movie, The Shining. It makes me more think of the "endless hallway" in the Haunted Mansion...

Another good reference ~ although it is a little too bright and cheery to make me think of the Haunter Mansion!

That is my only complaint about the Yacht/Beach Clubs. The rooms are awesome, the proximity to EPCOT, Boardwalk and DHS is awesome. But that LOOOONG walk to your room! I agree about reminding you about the Shining. It is very creepy, especially late at night when there aren't many people walking around. BTW, the sequel to the Shining is being released on Sept 26th if anyone is interested.

Really? Do you know what the plot is to be? That is one of the movies I saw when I was little that left quite an impression

My parents must have been out and my brothers let me watch because I can't believe I got to see it...although I'm sure I saw it on television, so that would have been a couple of years after it came out. Still sort of young and impressionable though...and yes, before anyone says it, I still am

Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner! I can just see the creepy twins at the end of the hallway saying "Come play with us."
...'course, if you imagine them wearing Mickey ears, it isn't so bad.

It might be even creepier if they are wearing Mickey ears ~ that means they've been
in the parks

It's funny but ToT also reminds me of the Shining. The part where the doors open and you see the long hallway then the ghost girl is waving to you.
Amy - No movie for this one. Stephen King wrote a sequel that is coming out on the 26th. No clue what the plot will be. Will it involve the redrum kid as an adult or just be located at the same hotel?

I've thought that about ToT too!
A book? Even better

Well that wasn't very nice ~ tease your poor little sister a little more why don't you
I've actually never been a big fan of Stephen King's novels. Not to say I haven't read them all ~ I generally enjoy the stories, but it takes me a bit to get into his writing style.
I wonder if we hijack this thread long enough, we'll get Len's stick?!
