Time for your WDW confessions.

I've never seen Captain EO (and I'm not sorry, either, hmph!).

I've never seen the Finding Nemo show at AK (changing that this time!)

I have never seen The Beauty and the Beast Stage Show. I always though it would be too "girlie" for my son, who is now 16 and I think it would be too boring for him!

I do not watch any daytime parades at any park, ever. We are just not parade people. I like the nighttime parades, Electrical Light Parade and Spectromagic, but during the day we avoid them like the plague!

The Beauty and the Beast show is quite nice. It is pretty short too ~ maybe 20 minutes at the most ~ so you would probably be ok. It's a nice place to sit down for a bit of a break :D
We are like you with the parades, we love the nighttime ones, but avoid the daytime ones. We do occasionally see a bit of the daytime ones, but only because we are being blocked from passing through  F1gment would probably watch more of the daytime parades if I wasn't along with her...

rode Soarin!! I know,I just can't justify spending that much time in line when I can be doing other things. It's ALL about getting all my things done when I get there.(I do take time to smell the roses though.) I will ride it one day probably if I can get a fastpass for it!!

I've never:

Seen Beauty & the Beast
Seen Finding Nemo the Musical
Seen Festival of the Lion King
Seen Voyage of the Little Mermaid (I'm starting to see a trend here)
Seen Flights of Wonder
Done Stitch's Great Escape (did it back when it was Alien (etc) though)
Eaten at Crystal Palace (cancelled an ADR this last trip...got to busy to make it there)
Seen O Canada
Seen Reflections of China

I'm sure there's more I am forgetting. I'm hoping that we'll get to cross most of these off on our next trip. Can't promise that for Stitch though. ;)

So the ones of your list, I would give two thumbs up to:
Reflections of China - totally awesome, have seen it a bunch and it never gets old!!
O Canada - Have seen the old one and the new one, its a neat movie and funny too!
Crystal Palace - I love it! It's in the park and the characters are awesome!
Festival of the Lion King - Really cool show, lots going on, highly recommend it!
Voyage of the Little Mermaid - Good effects, nice singing, try it!
Finding Nemo the Musical - Kinda cute did it once, puppets aren't my thing
Flights of Wonder - For sure not my thing, sitting around watching birds do tricks? Not
Stitches Great Escape - Nah, annoying and kinda dumb.
Beauty and the Beast - I haven't done it either!

Ditto on Beauty & the Beast and Voyage of the Little Mermaid. Not sure I've seen Flights of Wonder, and I don't think we've seen Reflections of China. Having said that...

When LITTLEyowski is about 2, and you can swing it, he will LOVE FotLK!! Lots going on, bright colors, and they sing the same songs as in the movie, which I'm sure he'll be familiar with knowing who his dad is. :)

I think my animal-loving 13-year-old daughter is going to want to see the Flights of Wonder show, though, if we can. She's thinking about large animal veterinary medicine for her career.

The Flights of Wonder show is very good. It has some humor, lots of interesting tidbits of knowledge, and excellent photo taking opportunities. The last time we were there, one of the birds refused to return to his cage though so that pretty much stopped the show as he was a bird of prey and they couldn't bring any other animals on-stage with him still being loose. It was still entertaining and they made the best of the situation. They finally got him to respond to his cue and they still offered the chance to go up to the stage and take photos of the animals as people were exiting the theater.
I can't say I wouldn't go to any of those things you've never seen yet BIG. Stitch is not my favorite, but the pre-show is still cute with Skippy there. Once during a trip is plenty for that attraction!

Being that I haven't been to WDW too many times, my list is quite long, but here are a few "I've nevers":

Eaten at most sit down restaurants throughout all the parks
gone on ToT...nor will I. For really good reason... :?
gone on Splash Mountain (been on DL's version)
seen Impressions de France
seen the new O Canada film
seen Reflections of China in the China pavilion (saw it in DL way back in the day, but not sure if the movie has been updated at all)
seen Flights of Wonder
seen the Finding Nemo musical
wish I could have gone on If You Had Wings/Dreamflight
been on Dinosaur! (but didn't like Countdown to Extinction, so don't care to go)
been on the Gran Fiesta Tour at the Mexico pavilion (loved Rio del Tiempo)
been on Expedition Everest...still a ? in my book...maybe I'll try it one day

I know there's more, but that's what I've got for now.

We've seen Beauty and the Beast and loved the show! I just find myself not going every time because I had seen the show a few times when it was in DL and then a couple more times at WDW...and it hasn't exactly changed...even though it's among my favorite animated movies.
Saw Voyage of the Little Mermaid 10+ years ago and thought it was great! Not sure if it changed much though.

I've never ridden Dinosaur at AK. I used to love dinosaurs, but back many years ago my family decided it'd be a cool ride to check out so i tagged along......needless to say I got really nervous right before we were supposed to be getting in to the cars and I couldn't do it. I still don't have the guts. I'll ride Everest and Rockin Rollercoaster......but I won't go on Dinosaur. :?

Have you ever been to DL and gone on the Indiana Jones attraction? Dinosaur is the same ride vehicle. It is bumpy and jerky, but a lot of fun. I think you would like it :D

I mainly go on rides but I haven't been in years so there's a lot of new stuff I have yet to experience sadly. :(
