I was chatting with an acquaintance yesterday and the subject turned to vacations. I noted that we were going on a family vacation this September. She asked where we were going and then stopped herself and guessed Disney World. You know you're a WDW nut when you don't have to tell people you're going to Disney World.
Hoping to go back to the Magic soon.

  That's great! I know there seems to be a lack of editors proofing much of what's written on these internet news sites, but even locations of photos can't be checked?! Really?! Nice catch, Mme Leota.

Ok I have to admit, I had to go look at my own photos to be sure. But yeah. *doh!*

You know you're a WDW nut when you are at a Mexican restaurant and pretend you're at the World Showcase in EPCOT eating lunch. Also, when you learn how to play Splash Mountain on your guitar!

You know you're a WDW nut when you want to look at Epcot on Google maps, and you just point to the general area of Florida, zoom in, and nail it dead on.

Every single time.

You know when you are a WDW nut when you are counting down the days until the next Unofficial Guide to Disney comes out because it means you can start planning what has changed and what you want to do. (Its 23 days, BTW- August 28)

Bonus for extra WDW nuttiness: I leave for a week long trip (not Disney, sadly) on the 29th so I am trying to figure out how I can pick it up before I go so I can read the book while on the trip.

Sounds perfect ~ if it comes out on the 28th, you can pick it up before you leave on the 29th!

Well... maybe. We don't live anywhere close to a bookstore, we kinda live in the country and the city is about 20-30 min away depending on traffic.. but if I happen to be working on the 28th (which I most likely will) I work in a shopping center with a Barnes and Noble. I will just have to hope that I am not working too late and that I am not so tired that I forget to get it.

If you have any device that holds e-books, the Unofficial Guide is available in that format; it gets configured a bit differently, but it's all there. You could download, then start reading and planning your assault! :D

Ah, you live in the boonies like us. Hmmm, well hopefully you will work. And I can't imagine you would forget! Write yourself a note and prop it up on your dashboard so you can't miss it! Or take a break and run and get it during lunch :D

Hmm... well I have an iPod Touch.. so I am pretty sure I can do that on there.. but there is just something to be said for a real copy you can hold in your hand and flip through it. I have never really fallen for the whole e-book idea. I like the physical book. Though I bet it would be cheaper.

Unfortunately I don't work at a place where I get a normal lunch break.. so it would have to be before or after. :)

I agree on the whole wanting a physical book idea. Nothing like having those pages with color photos :D

Yeah that's true, I have a kindle but you would definitely want those color photos, especially since they're Disney!
