I completely believe this. Today I smelled something as I was driving home and it reminded me of somewhere, but I couldn't remember where

Frustrating!!
This is totally true. I was recently near a fountain and it had the same musty water smell from POTC and Small World. The pirates ride instantly appeared in my mind and the memory was much sharper than usual.
I wish I could've taken the fountain home.

I also like the smell of the Disney Resort bath soap. Whenever I smell it, I know I am in WDW!

OH GOODNESS. If only there was a way to make my room smell like that all the time, I would pay obscene amounts of money for it.

This is going to sound bizarre, but the rooms at Disney always smell heavenly. It's just this subtle little scent, but I notice it, and I LOVE it.

OK it's not a
favorite smell but at the resorts early in the morning there is a aroma of some sort of outdoor bug spray that is distinctly Disney. It's not too bad but noticeable.

We smell it at Casting every time we have a new crew sign-in. It's an odd aroma.

Ha! I thought this thread was about the recent wildfires in the area! We were down there 10+ years ago and there were fires all over Florida, and the whole World smelled like smoke, day and night. We were camping, too, and couldn't really get away from it.
But there is always something about the smell of the campground, early morning, just as the sun comes up - it makes my whole day brighter and better!

This took a lot of thought on favorites. There are so many....3. Orange grove on Soarin', 2. Casey's hot dogs on Main St. (OMG I want one now). 1. has to the the smell of the incense in the Moroccan Market Place. I could stay there all day.

Oh yeah. LOVE Morocco. Makes me want to go to the actual country. A LOT. I'd forgotten about that incense until you brought it up, and then suddenly I'm walking through the shops, picturing myself as an exotic henna'ed gypsy.

First thing in the morning, right in front of the Boulangerie Patisserie at EPCOT. Oh wow.

Yes, yes yes! I thought I was the only person who liked, even loved that smell.. I hate it when I go and they have the smell turned off.. there is still a bit of a lingering smell in the air, it is always there, but it isn't the same. That is one of the happiest memories for me.. That smell. I love Spaceship Earth, is it behind Journey (of course) as my second favorite ride.
