We stayed at the Beach Club Villas. Overall, the whole resort is a very beachy-type atmosphere. Very laid back. Very close to Epcot and great nightime entertainment at the Boardwalk. You have to make sure you take some time to get ice cream at Beaches and Cream. My favorite is the No Way Jose - chocolate ice cream with peanut butter sauce and chocolate sauce . . . and of course, whipped cream and nuts!

Just a note - the desserts there are HUGE - 2 could easily split one and still come away stuffed!!

Enjoy your birthday at AKL in September . . . you'll LOVE it there! It's like a world of it's own.

Mom and I stayed there back in 2004. Best fun I ever had staying on the grounds.
I'm shooting The Contemporary Hotel sometime this year.

Friendships are a blessing. Don't waste it on people who can't appreciate it.

On our trip last month (Feb 06) we stayed at the Wilderness Lodge. Loved it, but it was kind of a budget buster. To make up for it then next one (probably Dec 07) will be AS Movies.

We are staying for 10 days in June in a 2 bedroom villa at the Beach Club. We are so excited, especially because of Stormalong Bay.

Nice! You'll enjoy it. PO: Riverside is my favorite. I stayed there on my first trip to WDW, and I stayed there last year on my most recent trip. I love the theming and it doesn't hurt the wallet too much. A close second is the Carribean Beach. I love the bar on the beach

AKLRULZ! My favorite resort evah! Enjoy it.
We're just back from two stays at the Beach Club and then the Yacht Club. Location is so hard to beat there, but our next stay in August is back to the Polynesian.

Our next trip we will be staying at Pop Century (again). We had a family vote and the kids chose Pop (theming against comfort). I'll have to try and cope with only one sink and have to pay for a fridge but I don't care I'll be in Disney again!!!!!!!

I leave in 10 days and we are staying at the Port Orleans Riverside for the first time. I'm kind of excited even though I've heard bad things about the rooms. But I've stayed at Grand Floridian, French Quarter and Beach Club in past.
