I noticed this on Saturday and it was really odd to me... oh well. Because I went and saw it Saturday before last and then suddenly a week later, BOOM, closed for now. Weird!

Wow, this is really crazy when you think about it. I mean, how big is the branch that fell off and how is this even possible? If a branch falls off the Tree of life and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? :lol:

it makes more than a little sound, it is concrete and steel... and for an OIL PLATFORM it surely looks like a tree...

I don't know why, but the fact that it's an oil platform rig just makes me love it all the more. Kind of like those cakes - That's a CAKE? - that sort of thing.

Maybe before it was put on with "bug strip" and it got so full, it couldn't handle the weight anymore! :figment:
