My new favorite place. The Garden Grill in The Land at Epcot. They served me real steak. All you could eat, family style. After burger after burger, snack shop stuff my kids eat and the Garden Grill served a real adult meal. I enjoyed it so much I found myself guarding my meal when Mickey, or Goofy, or Chip and Dale came by because I was sure they were just looking for an opportunity to take away my steak!

I used to love getting Milk Shakes in the Land Pavillion before they re-did everything.
I love Cosmic Rays mainly because of the atmosphere. I really feel like I'm in the future whenever I'm in there and there's a great view of the castle if you eat outside.

I know this is probably your first flight...and it's mine too...ha, ha
Rain upon that planet Earth. And they rain ... and rain ... and rain. The deluge.

Oh yea, I know the one. They have to coolest looking treats! We picked some out to snack on this past summer. I think it'll become a regular for us. (Anything chocolate is a must for me!)Cheshire Cat wrote:Any baked sweets from that little corner cafe in MGM studios (can't think of a name or an exact location)

Strawberry Swirl: At the Magic Kingdom near the teacups. We never do a trip without getting them. However, on the last trip (January), the recipe had been changed (and not for the better).
Chicken A La Reine soup (used to be at Tangaroa Terrace and Coral Isle Cafe, way back when Tangaroa Terrace was still a restaurant).
Churros (nuff said)
Apple Pie A La Mode at Olivia's (Old Key West Resort): The wife threatened divorce when I did not want to go for the third time in the same trip.
Sultan's Sampler at Marrakesh: Again changed in recent years, preferred the older one better.
Shogun Combination at Japan: Yet again, no longer offered.
Boma/Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Root Beer Floats at Captain Cooks at the Polynesian (yet again, no longer offered).

I was just thinking about eating some grapes today for lunch and thought "Disney's grapes are always fresh and crisp". Has anyone else noticed this. I have had grapes there everyday I am there for just because I can never get them that good at home. It's one of those things that you only really think of when you are eating them, or if something jogs your memory.
The other fruits are usually good to like the cantalope, kiwi, apples (only good in the first half of the day), etc. When I was out at DLR I forgot to ask Oscar(chef at Carnation Cafe) where they get the fruit from, but I will later this year.
