The American pavilion is still my favorite because of the awesome American Adventure show!

In terms of beverages (wink wink) I'd have to say Great Britain and Germany ... in terms of all things Disney, I'd say each of them

Morocco seems to be my favorite. The meal at Marakeesh was awesome. Germany is a close second. :goofy_bounce: :goofy: :goofy_bounce: :goofy: :goofy_bounce:

I always have to see the American Adventure show every time I go to EPCOT, so it has to be the American Adventure pavilion.

I love France, mostly because I'm this really weird Francophile, but I also ADORE Norway, for the Maelstrom!

Admittedly I hadn't ridden the Maelstrom in a few years, but when did they start keeping the theater at the end of the ride open, so you can just come and go as you please? Years ago they would take you in groups, you would watch the whole thing, and they would let everyone out in a group.

I've been reading this with a lot of interest and I still don't know if I can choose a favorite World Showcase! Here are my thoughts:

Mexico - I love the market area, with the lights that are strung across the "open air." Gives me a feeling of what I would like to do on my own patio.

Norway - Once upon a time when Askershus was still an authentic Norwegian restaurant, my older daughter was "chef for the day" (she was 7 years old) and by default my little one, who was 3, was "chef's assistant for the day." :) Our waiter was attentive to my girls' questions about Norway, the food was excellent, they had a great time making their custom desert in the kitchen, and it made for a really special memory for us. We went back in '08 and were deeply disappointed - by that point it was a princess dining experience and it wasn't nearly as good. :(

Japan - love the koi pond and garden, and love Tepan Edo

Morocco - not sure what it is about this one, I just love it. Maybe because it's so different. Again, it's the marketplace that does it for me, as well as the fountain.

France - I've never been to France, but I think the Imagineers really captured the essence of France with it. I almost feel like I'm really there. At least, that's how I feel.

Canada - any pavilion that carries hockey jerseys is ok with me. :)

So... I don't know which is my favorite. I enjoy different things about them all. :)

Actually, now that you mention this, I remember that I was "chef's assistant for the day" when I was young in Norway too! That was a really fun experience!

We visited Norway both in 12/10 and then again on our last trip in 11/11. I remember the theater being open this past trip, but not the previous trip. I think they maybe figured out some people would simply leave during the movie anyhow and it is less disturbing to those trying to watch the movie to leave the doors open? I know I missed the beginning of the movie this past time so I actually stayed to watch the whole thing and watched people just stream through.

While I love American Adventure the best, the part I especially love is to hear the Voices of Liberty. I tear up just THINKING about their fantastic voices and the patriotic and christian music they sing!

Mexico gets my vote... I blame it on La cava del tequila... Spent way too much time and money in that place...

The more I think about it...and the more I watch videos on YouTube of WS countries...

I have to stick with Mexico. Because most of it is inside...you can truly get lost and completely forget you are in America...much less Epcot. Even better if you eat at San Angel Inn at a table by the water.

Wow...this is REALLY making me wish I was there right now!
