So, admittedly, finding my old WDW one-day ticket prompted me to start this forum, but I think it would be fun to see what old Disney stuff you have lying around.

Here's my ticket:
Can't believe it was only $14!!!! So, in 1983, were they still using A-E tickets?

Fun! I don't believe they were stil using the A - E tickets in 1983. I remember my parents cashing in some old A - E tickets when we went to WDW in 1982 or 1983. Now of course we wished they would have kept them instead!

I think that's why we have Ebay and have turned this nation into one big episode of hoarders.

I have a lot of old Disney stuff, more than I can display!
My Aunt gave this to me, I crossed out my name and put hers! Not only is this from 1969, but notice my Aunt worked for General Electric, and it was called the "Atom Club", funny right? Everything back then was futuristic! I remember way back in the 60's I though the world really was going to be like the Horizon's attraction in EPCOT, which is why I loved Horizon's so much!!!
I have old ticket books from the 1960's, old maps from the 60's, 70's, 80's..... etc. So much stuff!!! I love it all!!!

We wouldn't complain one bit if you scanned more of it and posted it here, Cousin.

I second that!!

I'd love to see some 60s/70s stuff especially. My mom visted DL in 1965 and WDW in 1972 so I'd love to see anything from that time.

I think it's funny you crossed out a name and put another because it specifically says right below it: "Non-transferable" haha

Well I won't give you my age... but I was 10-yrs old in 1969 (tee-hee)! Amazing what I kept over the years, I used to have souvenir shoe boxes that I would keep from when I was a little girl. I have napkins, sugar packets, restaurant menus, theme park maps, rocks, pencils, hotel laundry bag and ticket from 1972 Contemporary Hotel, pads of paper, really random stuff. I would write and decorate the outside of the boxes as to where the treasures inside were from. I have sand and shells from Daytona Beach from our Disney World trip in 1972, just thrown in the bottom of the box. This is just a sampling of the oddities I have in my really really old stuff collection!

Awesome that you kept them! I had several things from my childhood and teen years that unfortunately I tossed out when I moved out of my parents' house. Now I wish I had them, if for no other reason than to show my girls how much of a dork their mom was!
Sounds like you'll be busy scanning for us for awhile, Cousin.

What a collection! Sounds like you have some really interesting mementos.
