And this one:
Ugh just THINKING about Body Wars makes me nauseous. It was a good concept, but the ride was too jerky.

That's fun seeing the old pictures. Once I am organized...if that day ever comes

I will have to scan some of my old pictures. I'm sure I have some of the inside of the pavilion.

I am trying to figure out if I should give TOT another try. I haven't ridden THAT ride since it was a "single drop" ride (that shows you how long it's been). I feel pretty wimpy...my 70-something mother rode it a few years ago. I'm not much of a drop person....won't do Dr. Doom or whatever the big drop ride is called at Universal.
PLEASE give it another shot! haha It is the best ride ever and I would hate for anyone to miss out on not only the fun but the queue as well! it doesn't get any more disney than TOT!
YES, you will not regret it!!! ToT is one of my all-time favorites!!!!
Huh, I've never done Body Wars, and now I'm wishing I had. Sounds awesome

Well....I'm at least CONSIDERING it....I watched the POV youtube vids.

If you've ridden Star Tours DoM, you pretty much have seen Body Wars. Not much different there, just a different themed simulator ride. Plus it was really bumpy!
I like bumpy. I'm an adrenaline junkie

Oh, then you would have enjoyed it. Body Wars might still be intact inside the Wonders of Life pavilion...are you also a thrill seeking adrenaline junkie?!

Yup! J'adore.

Yes! There are a number of POV vids on youtube. Just go type in Tower of Terror. The first one I watched was pretty dark, but the second was about 12 minutes long and the people who made the video started as you walk in to get in line and ran it right through until you exit through the gift shop.

I always wonder how those people managed to tape the whole thing. How are they able to skirt the whole "no video taping" rule?! I feel guilty if I sneak a non-flash photo.

Undercover Tourist has some fantastic videos. I have a lot of their videos "favorited" on YouTube so I can watch them on my TV at home. It really puts me back in WDW. There are also a few really good "walking around _____" videos that some people have shot. So, I will sometimes just put on a video of someone walking around WS. Lots of fun!

Yeah, I know what you mean. I guess in these days of tiny, hand-sized video cameas, it is quite easy to do.

it is easy to record, now... had i thought about it a would have done it... my Canon T1I records in full HD, all you have to do is start it, take the lens cover off and let it hand on your chest... it is how i got pics on BTMRR last trip... kept it on my chest and just pressed the shutter as we went along

My only complaint about my Canon camera is that it doesnt like the low light in the Imagination ride, so I cant get good video of Figment!!!!

Never mind getting around the no-cameras rule, how do they hold on to their cameras??? That ride is a stomach-dropper.

Oh, I have photos of me taking a photo on the drop. I just make sure I have the strap around my wrist and a good grip on the camera itself. But I need to figure out some sort of screen cover so I can try using my camera in the attraction itself. I don't want to ruin anything by having an LCD screen all lit up in the dark attraction

Mine doesn't have a museum mode..I guess maybe I will just have to get the old user guide out and see what it says. This is a slightly older camera. it is pretty much the last step under a true DSLR.
