I leave Hollywood at 8:44 am, and (barring any delays) arrive in Orlando at 1:23 pm. The train cost is around $70 round trip. I use a towncar service to get from the Orlando station to WDW; it's about a 20 minute trip. The Orlando station is just south of downtown Orlando, off I-4 and Kaley Street.

Hmmm, a little longer and more expensive trip than I would have thought for only 200 miles or so. Cheaper than a plane though and I imagine less hassle than driving yourself.
