Tomorrowland Refurb-Expansion?

i just threw the Nestromo in there, it does well in the GMR@HS... and to CY... you don't remember Disney's The Black Hole? the palomino and the cygnus were the two major craft, and V.I.N.CENT, B.O.B., and Maximillian were robots in that movie... PUSH is a Free-roaming animatronic trashcan in Futureworld... and of course there is no CoP at DL...

I do not remember The Black Hole at all! Now everything makes sense. I've never been to DL hence my confusion. Same for hubby. Anyhoo, the black hole thing could be a great alternative for the so-so-at-best Stitch ride. I liked your Wall-E idea, too.

What about Journey into Imagination? I think Figment would fit better in Tomorrowland anyways. Also don't be hatin on my boy Stitch. I have a picture I drew of him as Elvis hanging on my corkboard in my room.

Totally forgot about that movie "The Black Hole" loved it as a kid! I remember Maximillion freaking me out though!!! LOL

Isn't the arcade still there at the Space Mountain ride dump area? They moved it there years ago from where it used to be on Main St. (penny arcade)

Last time I was at the World it was still there (May 2011).

It's still there but nothing like the Penny Arcade. It's a waste of space in my opinion!

the real estate on Main St. is too valuable to be used for anything other than retail. The penny arcade, gone. Although they kept a few baseball themed games in there since it's the sporting good themed store. The movie theater where you used to be able to go in and watch silent films-- gone. Now a store.
Center st, once a dead end picturesque gem, was closed off and turned into-you guessed it- more retail. Reminds me of the line from the film Miracle on 34th St. "make a buck... make a buck!"
Well, they ARE a business, after all.

I believe Disney needs to retheme tomorrowland and make it something that doesn't get outdated so quickly. In addition, I believe SGE is a terrible attraction and should have been demonlished as soon as it was refurbed from Alien Encounter. Monster's Laugh Floor is good for little kids, but it is located in the wrong park. Finally, Autopia...can we speed the cars up and take the safety track out already??? Just a little love could make this a good attraction again.

Um, safetytrack gone? As a parent, I can tell you one, ok two, words. HECK NO!
