Not in Fantasyland, Not Ariel's Grotto...

Also not the top of the flag pole in Town Square and not in Disneyland...

Another hint...it's not in DCA either

There is a sign with little balls on top I think that says Disneyland, I think it is on the I-5 side of the light.
