I have over 140 hours (5+ days) of audio now and am going to extend how long between requests of a given song. I feel there's too many repeats for how many hours of audio I have.
For those that like it how it is, I'm sorry, but it's going to change.
I'm asking for suggestions of how many hours between requests you would like to see. I'm thinking around 72 hours.
To be clear, the same song can't be requested for X number of hours.

Three days is plenty of time before you start
"jones-ing" for a particular track.

Eh I only request stuff periodically anyway, I guess it is okay. If I want to listen to the tracks more I'll just search amazon, ebay, or just google it.

72 hours seems good to me. I am looking forward to more variety on the station. I know we all have our favorites, but we just might discover a new favorite if we dig a little deeper into the audio here.

If we have 140 hours, I say 140 hours. Let's hear it all, no repeats.
Unrealistic?
It was 24 hours before? 72 hours sounds great!

Does this mean the points will take 72 hours to come back too? Or just the songs?

I am certain that point regeneration will still be on a twenty-four hour counter as it is now.

Sounds good to me
I don't request too much anymore, unless i really want to hear a specific thing.
Sub, just wondering if you were able to get it to show how long it is till a song is requested again?

That would be good [the count down timer for tracks]. And if 72 hours means less Halloween tracks then I'm all for it! With over 5 days of music it will be nice to get some of the other tracks in better rotation...

72 hours will be fine. I'm sure you are all sick of me playing the halloween tracks (sorry)
I've gone full circle on my avatars.

LOL Alex! I like it when you play the halloween tracks.
I'm good with 72 hours. I LOVE the Soarin' stuff, but just yesterday realized that I heard four different renditions during the day and started to get sick of it. Starting to sound like my local pop station.

36-72 hours seems fine. 72 hours seems to be the consensus though. 96? maybe that's a little much. opinions?
