OK...OK...OK...Just kidding! :ccat:
Yes! The mugs rule! I use them for coffee when I get home.

Okay so I have never posted in this thread...

My ultimate favorite souvenir is the check booklet that I borrowed last year. This year my best freebie was a dinner menu from Tony's. Every year I always take a complete set of theme park guide maps. I have ones dating back from each visit. This year it was a bit different as EPCOT had two different versions. There was one with test track on the cover and another with Spaceship Earth and monorail gold.

I can't remember if I've ever posted here and I'm too lazy to go look so excuse me.

Guidemaps, the buttons (birthday, etc.), any and all toiletries, the towel animals, Fastpasses... your basic stuff.

And of course my Year of a Million Dreams lanyard with its two pins- I've displayed it since I got it summer 2008 and have since filled it up with pins.

It's just like every hotel, the toiletries, towels, bedding, television, fixtures, copper wire, furniture, etc. are part of the gifts to you.

Stay classy, Soarin' :D

Yes! :) That's what they're there for! We didn't know that until we stayed at Port Orleans in 2008- our housekeeper told us one morning when we were chatting before we headed out to the parks. They train the housekeepers on how to make all of them.

Hey, I LOVE that shampoo that they have in the rooms, so I take it if I don't use the bottle!

Gotta get a bit expensive having to keep buying a massive inventory of towels if everyone walks off with their towel animals (I just took photos)...

I've only taken one towel animal in my all my stays at Disney! I usually take photos but I just loved the dog towel animal, he's currently in my master bath! :D

Heh, I never knew someone would actually take the towel animals. Our maid admonished for taking apart one of the towel animals (hey, I needed another washcloth!).

I always be sure to tip on a daily basis, to make sure the maid keeps supplying us bars of soap to take home. I may have mentioned this before, but when I've run out of Disney bar soap for hand/face washing, that means it's time for another trip to Disney!:). Of course now I feel a little bit bad since on our last trip I noticed they actually sell the stuff in the gift shop of the WL...That's probably why they sell it there now.

I can't remember where we got this, but back in 2005, Disney was taking Photos and adding them to a calender. that was very nice. Still have it in scrap book.

The stickers are cute, but the CM's never seem like they want to give them to adults :(

I heard it's the same criteria as getting beads in new orleans. :D
