Especially express. From what I hear, express and resort lines (beams) are the oldest so they have been having the most problems/trouble. Sure the Monorails themselves are having problems but the beams are still 20 years older than the trains and there has not been any time to fix anything what with the year round use.Wizzard419 wrote:Even the express one (in terms of year round)?

I would hope not. Disney has been having issues but the actually stability of the beams has not been the problem. I think most of the issues are related to the electrical lines on the side of the beams and the systems that supply the electricity to those beams.Wizzard419 wrote:So in 5-10 we will have this!

Let me guess, there is a problem using local earth to make the concrete to make the beams/pillars and it's eating away at the rebar within?

I'm not sure about the salt content in the sand they used, but apparently that can make buildings crumble a lot faster. Like the bunkers in Normandy.

That would be interesting if there was an emergency and they only had the color of the monorail to go by. Can you expect the resuce crews to be adept at color identification and tell the difference between Coral and Peach, or Slate and Graphite, or aubergine and plum?
