What rides have you been stuck on when they broke down?

In relation to Disney Parks but not specific to a single resort

Thanks! Yes, I'm sure I posted it... I harvested it from my Photobucket album specifically from one of the days of that trip.... Yes, they gave us a universal FP (never expires)... we were stuck in the car for about 10 or 15 minutes, I think, before they finally came and got us out. It was cool! 8-)
I noticed that you mentioned it was a few years back. I probably never read that report. Something to put on the "to-do" list for the weekend! Universal FP? Cool! Was it only good for that trip though or can you still use it?

The CM hopped on the mic and told everyone how it ended...and it was very awkward. We then filed out...having to step down out of the vehicles...which was weird...and went out of a side door.
DW was happy though as she thinks the attraction is extremely boring.
Weird! I wonder if the person that jumped out also thought the attraction was too boring?! ;)
...or it could just be some brainless teenager doing it for a lark thinking stupidly that no one will see him and he won't get caught.
It amazes me that people don't think about how many cameras are on you in the attractions

We weren't ON the attraction when it went down...but we were the next people in line for Expedition Everest when a storm rolled in. We waited over an hour...just staring at the train sitting there in front of us.

I will elaborate more whenever I get around to posting a trip report.

That would be a bummer :( Did the CM's do any entertaining while you were waiting?

I believe we saw a shift change with the CM's...that's how long we waited. Thing was...we were dry and there were big fans blowing air on us...so we didn't want to go anywhere. It was a bit scary when they opened it back up though...and we were the first ones back out on the wet track.

Does that make you "expendable test cases"?

No, the TTA incident was a few years back. The EE incident was last year when you were there.... Well, you weren't at AK that day, but nevertheless.... it was in the same trip report that we all (including you) posted to...(Earth to Amy.... hello....?....).

The "universal FP" was good only for that day, or for three days, or something like that... can't remember exactly. They didn't really call it that, I don't think... I just couldn't think of any other way to describe it. The difference was that it didn't have a specified "time slot." We could use it at any time, and it would not stop us from pulling another "standard" fast pass either.

Got evacuated off Monsters Inc. Mike and Sulley to the rescue. But it was right at the end, just before we got to Roz. The door was right across the track, so not far to travel. It would have been cool if it happened 30 seconds sooner...more to see.

Also strange incident on Buzz. The cars stopped, but the guns still worked...so I thought it was just a stop for a w/c or something. Then a CM came by and just walked the floor (with purpose, I might add). The guns still worked, so I racked up points...we sat there for a good 5 minutes or so and the ride started back up. Not sure what happened, but it was definitely a stop, but did not require a reboot. I scored over 125K for the first time though!!! (probably would have been more if I paid attention to where I was shooting  ) I usually end up around 80K...I'm no good at it, but it's fun! :D

Please tell me you shot the CM a few times when his/her back was turned!

Ha ha, but no...Actually, I'm wishing that I had pulled out the camera...it's so difficult to get decent pictures.

That is so true on the photos MmeLeota! I take lots of pictures in there but rarely get a good one with the low light levels and the constant motion :(
