You know, as much as I wasn't all that thrilled about the Dole Whip, a frozen anything sounds really tasty right about now!

The closest I get to my beloved DW these days is Pineapple Sherbert from Valpo. Velvet, it's very tasty on these hot summer days! We got a bit of a break this evening from the humidity, hope you did as well Amy!

Just add the proportional amount of water and you're good to go.

Or you could always combine raw eggwhites, cream (optional), pineapple juice, and a little syrup (cane, corn, agave, etc.) in a blender and also turn it in your ice cream/gelato maker.
