I really want to work at Disney in Florida, but i'm from the UK, so it takes a lot of effort for me But I guess its the best things in life that are challenges... Over here we don't have the DCP but I can apply for the international program which limits me to EPCOT and merchandise.

You should try for EPCOT then. I've always had a fun time talking with the CM's from the different countries and they always seem like they are having a blast
