I have a reoccurring dream that I am with my family waiting in line for the Haunted Mansion. But every time something is slightly different: I.E.:
1.Walt Disney World contained in an indoor mall/atrium (much like Opryland Hotel)
2. Outdoor line to haunted mansion, but the ride itself is like a water slide
3. Haunted Mansion is a walk-through, but the ghosts are really chasing you with bows and arrows (freaky)
Sometimes I am with my wife, sometimes just my parents and brother.
One that reoccurred a lot was a spiraling stone staircase that required lit torches to see. Very creepy. At least in that one, I was able to avoid the line! It seems that many of my dreams keep me from enjoying the actual ride.
I am glad that I am not the only one with dreams like these. Perhaps the cure would be to visit more often.

Mind you, it has been over a decade since I have been, not by my choice. I WILL be back someday! If only in my dreams/nightmares! :-)

By any chance, do you have Sleep Apnea? Or are you otherwise a very light sleeper?

I had a dream last night that I was in one of the Asian parks. In the custom of Japanese gift giving upon meeting someone, the parks allowed you to choose a gift or two off of a stand as you entered the park. I liked almost everything that was offered and had difficulty choosing. The lady in charge of the stand was very polite and allowed me to choose 2 little drawstring decorative bags, a Mickey Mouse mechanical pencil, and something else...but she was not very gracious about the pencil for some reason. Probably because I had already chosen too many gifts! She also gave both F1gment and myself a light up button which had nothing to do with Disney, but had "Lord" written on it that lit up when you pushed a button on the back. We also got to go on an attraction of some sort, but I can't remember what it was.

All right, I've obviously been reading too many of Soarin's posts. Last night I was with F1gment in the World Showcase. It was night, then it was day, then night and then day again. Time must have been flying by  I remember checking out the outside menu for the Biergarten, and decided to snap some photos along the way. The really odd thing was that the Bay Lake Towers were smack in the middle of the World Showcase and were like a very fancy version of Canada with all the carved wood tikis and things. Very strange :? The last thing I remember before I woke up was heading over to the Rose and Crown to take some photos for Jacca  And the parks were super crowded!

...or the DRINKING BUDDY of her dreams perhaps. After all, she's been to the Biergarten and heading off to the Rose & Crown, so maybe she just wanted some friendly company while she's getting smashed at World Showcase. Any way, she probably just thought you were one of girls - being drunk, and seeing you in that slinky red dress, could be confusing to anyone drunk, including Amy...

Did it seem spooky at all or just natural that you were the only one there?

No, no, no, fluffy.... have you forgotten? You wanted her to take pictures of all the spots you fell when you were plastered at the R & C so you could match them up with your bruises....

Which was made doubly hard because M-dude had been hanging out at La Cava del Tequila before Jacca called him ;)
