MmeLeota wrote:Thanks for posting those NaCler. I couldn't find a site that had real good pics of them. Honestly, I am disappointed in the Expo VM...this year's logo is different than the 2009 logo and the VM reflects the 2009 design.

Now, I know I won't be purchasing any 9" VMs but if I did it would be the Noah one for sure! I love Noah's work and am so excited that his work is the official graphic of the Expo. The artwork that serves as a backdrop to the VM (the picture with Walt and Sorcerer Mickey) is the graphic. If you look at the detail, you will see that he has incorporated characters from films celebrating some sort of milestone this year. I cannot wait to get my hands on one of those prints! (I hope!)
Agreed on the artwork being nice. Will they have this art as posters at the expo? If so, I hope you are able to get one!

I hated these in the beginning but they are starting to grow on me. Now that I am considering purchasing one, look for them to quit offering them. That would be the story of my life LOL.

TRUST me... Vinylmation will not be stopping anytime soon. They gained popularity faster than pins did in 1999. They have SO many designs scheduled for release this year and rumors of many more to come. Good luck, because you may get hooked...

 Good one Jacca!
laurie5658, if you're worried about them stopping making them, you should buy as many as you can! Then you can make a fortune on ebay off all the other people suffering from VM withdrawal! ;)

Just in case there are any closet VM fans out there, the Disney Store (physical, not online) is offering buy one get one free on the VM's. If you buy any vinylmation, you will get your choice of an Urban Series 5 VM ($12.95) or a Have a Laugh Series VM ($9.95) for FREE.

Apparently it started today and is running until July 17th or until supplies run out.

Before you anti-VMists think that this is due to dropping sales, it's rumored that this is just to clear shelf space as another series (Robots???) is coming to Disney Stores July 18th.

Thanks for the heads up. I might check on this at our local store, but they seem to be immune to following any other sales that people have told us about....

Wow! I might have to check this out!!! Thanks for the heads up NaCler!

I was about to post a little something too. The Disney Store (online) is currently running a promo for an extra 20% off park merchandise. I just bought 2 create your own VMs for about $10! I will most likely use them for trading purposes though.

Now that is a VM I might be interested in owning. I could get creative and make my VM look just how I wanted it :D

You ought to look into it Amy. The CYO vm's are only $4.99 online. You can't trade them away though.

Sorry MmeLeota. You can't trade CYO vm's at the parks. Although I pulled a black CYO from a mystery box in the MK... What vm's do you have now? Just curious, of course.

I might do that. I have to get crackin' on my Month at the Museum application first! No more distractions than I already have

I don't know why but Alien Encounter looks like Mickey in a gimp suit.
