Buzz light year targets
I am one of those people that loves to play, well is addicted to, Buzz light year's Astro Blasters both in DL and WDW.
My top score 898,450 (my brother corrected me on the score) What was your score?
Have any hints for anyone who wants to score more ( i.e. where to shoot)?
DL hints: purple diamonds are high scorers and if they are flashing keep shooting them you get more points for that.
WDW the valcano gets you alot of points, make sure you hit the targets in sequence ( I steal the points from my brother, hehehe) I forget which one it is but one of the targets on zurg is worth lots of points too.
If I remember more I will post them, and if you have any please feel free to share.

You have it backwards... at Disneyland we have Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters, and at WDW, there is Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.
I prefer BLAB, the DL version... the guns aren't stuck to the ride vehicle, but are corded instead... makes it much easier to hit.
Somehow I once scored 999,999... I don't know how, don't know if it was a glitch, but that's what it said. (this was on BLAB, not on BLSRS)

More than likely it was a combination of you with some on-line people. and the total score stops at 999,999 because of not enough numbers (though from what I heard you can find out your real score need to remember how)spaulo wrote:You have it backwards... at Disneyland we have Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters, and at WDW, there is Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.

Although I haven't been on it yet, the DL version looks a lot better. I have one question for those who have ridden it though, one time while riding Buzz at WDW I decided not to play with the gun and just enjoy the passing scenery. I noticed that whenever my fellow space ranger would move the car, the jerk was so violent that I would fall over since I was not holding onto anything. Then I noticed a bar underneath the top console and assumed it was there for folks like me to hold. Now, since the guns at DL are not attatched to the car but you can still move the car, does it jerk you around so much that you need to hold onto a bar, or is it not as bad?
I'm a loud long lean loquacious and sometimes laphonic lunatic who loves to deal delve and dable in delirious dialogue and dynamic disertations.

Thanks JS!js3901 wrote:poll options fixed
And, as I've only been to WDW, I prefer SRS
The one in DLR is cool because of the different targets. You know how much they are worth but in WDW you have to figures it out yourself. I agree that the turning is a little jerky, but if your playing it you really don't notice unless I do it. My brother and I have a rule, in DLR he controls the car and in WDW I control it.

My brother and I try to do the same thing. Like I said we take turns depending on which park were at. But it is fun to just casually move your hand at the right time to hit the toggle. he heMickeymac wrote:My son and I ride it endlessly and try to outdo each other. I just remembered something I've been meaning to ask. One time on BLSRS at WDW, me and my sister found one of those Mickey stickers on our seat, and were laughing and pretending we found a hidden mickey. HAs anyone else seen this and/or does anyone know if it's still there (probably not, but I'm just curious
)
