Eagle, nothing's skipping. In fact, the station is running like my teenage son after the latest hot date. I was talking about the title making me nervous

I remember that DSL issue, I believe there were death threats sent to them signed Jafar, right? Not like you could help that - and I wouldn't consider the 128k a setback, my ears say they can't tell the difference

I've been with this site for (in august) will be 2 years and have seen it grow. I love the site and want to make sure everyone is very happy here and if there is a problem I want to be able to fix it.

If you weren't around I believe it was the joy of dealing with the local slackers at the cable/dsl company and their "customer service". Sub was having a blast with them [hense the Jafar threats to their people] - though for two weeks we had a heck of a variety with no requests in there!

The funiest thing about that time was sub kept trying to tell them what the problem was (neighbor doing construction, chopped the cable for his Internet)and they wouldn't listen. In the end he was right but they never really listen to use.

Yes, it was quite redicilous. My problem is that I troubleshoot too much. In the beginning I immediately thought it was because of them working on the apartment next door. The manager assured me that they didn't do anything.

Basically it came down to the Phone company coming out and we used a tone generator to figure out where the cord went...into the next apartment where it was cut off to apply new flooring.

If tone generators weren't so expensive I would have tested that myself.
