Carnivale can be insane from the videos I've seen. I have a few brazillian friends here in FL, and they said if Brazil were to be added to Epcot, you would never see that true Brazil.

It's more likely that they will celebrate "Top Gear" Day in the Mexico pavilion long before Disney will add Brazil to the World Showcase.

But then someone coming in on the tail-end of this thread without knowing at the start it was rumor will think, "OMG! EPCOT's adding a new country to World Showcase!". One of the forum's purposes is to share information - not spread misinformation.
