Thank you so much! Thanks for registering, and hopefully you find the site useful and will stick around to help with the build by letting us know what you would like to see added, changed, removed, etc!
I've registered too ~ is there anyplace that explains the points? I have 105 points but I don't know what they are from or for :?

Thanks for registering! Currently, there is not an explanation for the points... thanks for bringing that up. I will need to work on that. The points really have no use now, but I put them on there for future ideas. Any registered user gets 100 points by default. For every daily login, you get 5 points (seems to be an exact 24 hour timer on that unfortunately). Posts are worth 10 points (haven't tested whether it is just wordpress comments, forum posts, or both).

Hope you find the site useful and enjoy it! Please feel free to recommend to anyone if you feel it is worthy!

DW and I are heading down to WDW in 10 days...so we'll be sure to take lots of pictures and hopefully some good video.

We'll be staying at OKW and BLT...so maybe we can get some good pictures for you to use from those resorts as well.

Site looks great...keep up the good work!

P.S.: Once you get all ramped up you should get in with the guys over at TouringPlans.com to see if you can link them to your site and vice versa...they have lots of great information over there as well. Also you could tie in to some of the folks who do podcasts.

Doing well...we're getting all geared up for our trip...have almost everything planned.

My parents' house in Tuscaloosa is still there...just waiting on the debris to be removed so we can tear it down...and hopefully start planning to rebuild. Sad to see the old go away...but there's something to be said for new beginnings.

Thank you very much for your comment! I would love to use some pictures and/or video if they fit! A podcast is something I definitely wanted to get into as soon as there are a decent amount of followers to the site. I actually have started planning a few topics that I could cover, so when the time comes, I will have a decent list of topics that can last a while. Thanks again for all of your comments, and by some of the comments after your post, I feel as if you were affected by some of the natural disasters that have ravaged our country. If that is the case, I am extremely sorry and hope that you can pick your life back up again soon with as little effect as possible! Deepest sympathies.

Thanks loneplam...my dad was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, AL and my parents bought my grandparents house when they passed away. It was our "home-away-from-home" and was also where I lived part of the time I was in college at the University of Alabama. It was destroyed in the tornadoes that ripped through Alabama on 4/27. We're just glad no one was there and thankfully no one was living there at the time. Still difficult to lose a place that has been in our family for more than 60 years and was such a cozy and peaceful home. But the end of each chapter is followed by the beginning of the next...so we are hoping to rebuild.

I just got a new phone (HTC Thunderbolt) so it should take some pretty good pictures. I know that Orlando has 4G LTE...so I am hoping to take advantage of that to upload pictures and video while I am down there. We don't have it yet here where I live but should later this year.

A trip report AND a 4G smartphone review - altogether! Can't wait!

Oh wow. I'm so sorry!
I live in Alabama as well, but we got hardly no damage compared to what Tuscaloosa did.

Just to update everyone (in case anyone is interested), the DAK section will be completed within the next day or two and the waterparks will be shortly after that and then Phase 1 is done! Revisions / additions will begin! Yay!

As a side note, if anyone has any ideas of what I can do for a logo or design, that would be great! I'm stumped at the moment! Not to mention the fact I am totally useless with photo editing software...
