Not to piggy back on the Main street locations but I would want to see the look on newbie faces as they make the first turn and walk down Main Street for the first time with the Castle in the background. I know I nearly hyperventilated.

Maybe...like I said before, I'm not as familiar with MK as I am DL. It could very well be what I'm thinking of Sleepy. Thanks!Sleepy90 wrote:There is a little nook up a side street on Main street that has a porch with rocking chairs is that what you are thinking of MmeLeota.MmeLeota wrote:Bummer...in DL it was the store front for the Wizard of Bras. I thought they had the same store front in WDW (but not the store)...perhaps not. Anyway, it's a nice place to sit and relax.

This is Funny, Its something my family calls the Disney World. It holds up traffic so bad. People get in and then just stop in awe, and it never crosses their mind that there are 5000 people trying to get in behind them.

Sitting on the outside patio at Tony's around 3pm in afternoon as the parade is about to start. Also, as far hotel lobbies go...I think the Wilderness Lodge lobby is the best for people watching.

Frankie you really like the Wilderness Lodge. I would say you have had a great trip there at least once.FrankieC79 wrote:Sitting on the outside patio at Tony's around 3pm in afternoon as the parade is about to start. I love it!! I always tell people it is my favorite place on the planet. And yes, I have had multiple great trips there over the last 18 or 19 years. When cost isn't a factor, I will choose the lodge everytime.jacobcary1 wrote:Frankie you really like the Wilderness Lodge. I just thought of another great spot. Right over by the Dole Whip stand there are a few tables under the porch type area. Also right under the breezeway into frontierland on all the porches there as well.

I like that front porch right near HM almost in Fantasyland that has rocking chairs. Great spot.

Another spot with rocking chairs is down near the Liberty Tree Tavern. To the right of the entrance as you're heading into the restaurant is a walkway area with several.mdk010 wrote:I like that front porch right near HM almost in Fantasyland that has rocking chairs. Great spot.

That whole Liberty Square area is great for people watching. I like grabbing am apple at the fruit stand and just sitting for about 30 minutes anywhere in that immediated area and watching.

I guess the advantage to the Liberty Square area is its on the parade route as well.
Re: Favorite People-Watching Spots
You could sit at the bus stops and watch people all day
