What's unique about it is the fact that there's no sign of the ride itself in the picture even though it looks like I captured the whole mountain in the shot... in fact, there's no sign of anything connected with humans. It looks like total wilderness. I never noticed that before, so it struck me as being kinda cool. I'll bet it's hard to get that kind of shot of E.E. if you're trying to, and I did it by accident.
Haha I was close with my my guesses. Is that the back or a side view of the mountain.

Honestly, Len, it's the view from the main trail on the other side of the lagoon. It's just that I happened to zoom in just right and position the view just right so that this is how it came out. Pretty groovy, eh?

Here is a shot I took this February when we were entering Epcot, looks like about 1:30 PM if the clock on my camera was right.

Thanks. I got tons of shots I could put up here, but I don't want to flood the place. When I go, I just keep shooting, I take hundreds of pics a day of just about everything. :)

If you have any requests I can look and see what I have :) (that goes for anyone here)

Thanks guys. I know my photography teacher said not to put the subject right in the middle, for a more interesting show offset it a little. I didn't do that here, but to me defense I was actually shooting as I walked, so composition kinda had to take a back seat to speed, haha!

I usually tend to not be a fan of the Winter sun. It really distorts lots of colors and makes photographing things a real pain. Figment, looks like you managed to use the sun to your benefit with that one. Nice job!

Sometimes the best pics are one taken while on the move. I can't tell you how many times that has happened to us. You can take 5 minutes (or more) to set up the shot, make sure you've got the right angle and light, and sometimes it doesn't work out the way you hoped. But then you look at the pic you snapped as you were hurrying off somewhere and voila! A beautiful picture!
It definitely worked to your advantage!

Man I am blushing with all these compliments! :)
I got a degree in Visual Art and I was one class away from getting a minor in photography, but that was all done with film SLRs. Yeah I am showing my age, haha!

I voted for "night photos", as I do prefer staying after park closing and taking pictures, but I do love pictures of the parks any time of the day! :mickey:

I have mostly day photos... me and my camera have not figured each other out yet when it comes to shooting pics in the dark. I should find some good ones for here...
