I asked a couple of CMs I know about this and was told Jan- Feb or Oct-Nov.

Although it seems that there are always big South American groups at the park on any given day. I was actually told that there are some days that English is the SECOND language.

I would agree about the large tour groups, although the Pop Warner football and cheerleader competitions in December certainly packed the All Star hotels too :shock:

Probably some time between midnight and 8am is pretty slow....

Oh it is probably quite hustly-bustly between those hours with custodial/imagineer/horticultural CM's hard at work!
