Re: The New Hitchhiking Ghosts
yes...I think it is just a matter of time before this effect gets added to DLR and DLP...because it's looking like it will be a hit
besides...you have to know they have been thinking about putting it into DLR since almost the beginning and I am actually surprised they took on two HM projects at the same time at WDW

DLR and TDL probably as they have hitchhiking ghosts, but to do this DLP will require some "re-imagining" as DLP has the Phantom and no hitchhiking ghosts.theBIGyowski wrote:yes...I think it is just a matter of time before this effect gets added to DLR and DLP...because it's looking like it will be a hit

Re: The New Hitchhiking Ghosts
Maybe if someone from France rode WDW HM...and took one of the HHG home with him/her...that HHG would eventually end up at DLP.mindflipper wrote:DLR and TDL probably as they have hitchhiking ghosts, but to do this DLP will require some "re-imagining" as DLP has the Phantom and no hitchhiking ghosts.theBIGyowski wrote:yes...I think it is just a matter of time before this effect gets added to DLR and DLP...because it's looking like it will be a hit

I definitely agree with you BIG. Since the ghosts were basically replaced by themselves, people shouldn't complain as much. Now if it was a DUFFY taking off your head, then there would be a problem.

When DW asks me why I woke up in a cold sweat tonight I will tell her it was NaCler giving me nightmares of Duffy taking my head off and switching it with his.NaCler wrote:I definitely agree with you BIG. Re: The New Hitchhiking Ghosts
Agreed. Went there last Sunday. I enjoyed the extended queue from the instruments to the bone organ that sprays mist. The addition of the dead sea captain, a nod to HM's creative past, was cool. I didn't know they had that much space to work with, and was pleasantly surprised to see the original graveyard intact.
I was impressed with the new hitchhiking ghosts as well. If only that part was a little longer, then you could see the effects more because you find yourself looking at other people's doombuggies.

I couldn't agree with you more. I just returned from WDW and for the first time, was not disappointed with a change made to an attraction. It was very well done. I too was surprised it went back that far!Lion Sleeps Tonight wrote:Agreed. Went there last Sunday. I enjoyed the extended queue from the instruments to the bone organ that sprays mist.
