DUDES---NOT cool. There was gnashing of teeth, crying children and me, searching the Disney website for contact info to sent a seriously flaming email to the COO!

I totally rely on Subsonic to get through some days!

Almost got me 5 days after the fact. Some Disney letterhead would have been more convincing than the plain white sheet you put the letter on. Just a tip for next April 1st. Thank heavens the site is still up and running!
