Hopefully they will revert to the old show so that if I take my friend in, I won't get annoyed by Iago....here's to hoping.

Stichkingdom.com reports that it will be reverting to the Old Management, and they seem rather unequivocal about it.

That's great news if true, I only hope it's done in time for our trip in August! Our kids (the 2 and 4) were kind of scared by Uh-Oa in the New Management version, so hopefully they'll appreciate the old one more.

I wonder how reliable their source is? I remember all the spurious postings that Jim Hill Media used to post about "confirmed" news. I'm still waiting for Disney to officially announce it.

Meanwhile, I had wonder this if the old attraction is coming back: will they use the Tiki Goddess AA in the show?

I can only hope. If not, I'm sure they'll use her elsewhere. They're great at recycling their AA.

I agree with FG on this one. Much to my dismay, the Offenbach number has been out of the show for years now. But I believe the reasons are a combination of what FG and Mindflipper mentioned. It's so sad that the kids of today have such short attention spans that one of the best parts of the classic show was removed. But I would rather see the shortened version than have them either turn it to UNM or take it out completely.

Uhoa the Tiki Goddess of Diaster was carted off yesterday is what I heard from some fellow cast members. She suffered a lot of water damage from the sprinklers.

I heard the same thing from another source. Supposedly, the Tiki Goddess figure had water raining down on her for over an hour, and is irreparably damaged as a result.
