That is pretty open ended for us to give any useful advice. I think we need more info. When in December? Where are you staying? How long are you going for? Without knowing more I guess my tip would be: Bring a nice sweater.

Yes, we can help a lot more with additional information. You should bring plenty of winter and summer clothes, since the temperature at that time of year can vary. Layers work well because it might be cool/cold in the mornings and evenings and then warm in the afternoons.jlpeaches255 wrote:That is pretty open ended for us to give any useful advice. Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!

It'll probably be cold. What week in December are you going, Poly?
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

If you like Christmas lights, you should definitely go and see the Osborne Family lights at the Studios!disneygirl223 wrote:OK... Were going seventh through fifteenth. That is also usually a pretty light week for crowds.

Good time to go! Weather can either be good (like it was Dec 4th for the meet-up) or cold (like it was the week following Dec 4th) so pack for either weather conditions. In addition to Osbourne Lights, check out EPCOT's candlelight processional if you have never been! They usually start posting the schedule for presenters starting in late August/September time frame on their website.

As others have said, definitely take clothes that you can layer. Take gloves (just in case! - I learned the hard way one year!)
If you have time to check out the decorations at the other resorts - I highly recommend doing so. The Deluxe resorts are more ornately decorated than the moderates or values. Try to see the different holiday presentations around the World Showcase (how they celebrate the holiday season around the world).
It's a great ime to go -- have fun!

Definitely! You could easily spend a day or more just resort hopping to see the decorations. If you don't want to "lose" a day just to that, you can always use meal times as an opportunity to check out a resort while eating.Stitch's Cousin wrote:If you have time to check out the decorations at the other resorts - I highly recommend doing so. A hat and gloves are really good things to pack! This past December it was so cold and everyone was complaining about how much the hat/gloves were and the fact that there wasn't much of a selection...Stitch's Cousin wrote:As others have said, definitely take clothes that you can layer.
