OMG! The lion is...awake! Those animals tend to sleep during the daytime all day long. Great safari pics from AK!

Amen to that---awesome safari pics.
I need to figure my camera out before I go back...all my pics of the hippos turned out blurry.

I have a sports setting on mine, which is what I used for the safari. I also have a LCD which can be moved into different angles so I was able to hold the camera over people and obstacles to get better shots.

so this hawk wasn't actually in AK, well it was, but it was in the tree next to the bridge going from Asia to Dinoland! This is a wild hawk, not one"meant" to be there.

This was at the Garden Grove Character Buffet. Not the worlds best, but we had $25 off there too!

I love the shots of MSEP taken at the various angles! I wish MK could do MSEP for one show, and then Spectro for the second show during the same night.

On the tour we had a private Jungle Cruise tour...See the 3 cannibal boats? They represent 3 characters. Can you figure them out?
And when one warrior pops up on the left he yells, "I Love Disco!"

The electrical parades can be pain. Either too dark, or with the flash too bright. If you leave the exposure open too long then they're too blurry. Tricky...

I like that idea mindflipper. MSEP first showing then Spectro later. Make everyone happy. The only thing is you may never have the crowd stick around for Spectro.

yodiwan1 - I like the MSEP shots. It's nice to see they found the top of the clock tower in the Cinderella scene, as it was gone when we were there in December!

ok, Back at MK...and I was shocked when I looked at my pics from Snow White!
Image
Image
What is up with the old hag's face?!?!?! I guess they don't figure anyone would notice with the strobes going off..but that is just wrong!!!

Image
So we also did COP, the cast member at the beginning, says if anyone can sing the entire theme song I will fastpass them for which ever ride they want. Space Mountain had an 85 min. wait, and no more FP left, so I had to do, what I had to do! My DW buried her face into her sweatshirt the entire time, lol.

The next morning we had the Undiscovered Futureworld Tour set, but it was raining so hard it was postponed an hour into the tour!! Here is what it looked like.
Image
Image

Once the rain stopped, we headed over to DHS again!
Image

That night we had the Pirates and pals FIreworks Voyage planned. The spread was great, and I had all the diabetic goodies I can eat! It was very fun-filled, and relaxing. The only problem was a heavy dose of fog rolled in. We did however win matching pirate tankards! Enjoy!!

You can see some water particles from the fog reflecting...this was the best firework we were able to see all night!
