Nobody had the location yet... keep going.
Amy... no cheating!
That's why I didn't guess! But can I help it if I am a smart cookie and can look up things lightening fast?!

At least some of us can play without cheating...(or maybe I'm upset that I didn't think of cheating first)

Okay, Amy (pat on the head....), you get a pass. Just be careful.... 8-)

Mindflipper, you're the one I would have expected to cheat... (teasing, bro... sorta... )

As for your guess, there are numerous places where one can "enter" World Showcase. Which spot did you have in mind?

The main way from leaving Future Showcase and the fountains where Mexico is to left and Canada is the right.

Nope. Guess again (obviously you're going to get it eventually, but I want you to nail down the exact spot... more or less... ).
By the way, it's not just in a "general area", it's right in front of a particular landmark. A place that is named on all the Epcot maps. Maybe that'll help.... and maybe not...

In front of the Living Seas.

Well to be fair it's kind of an unfair photo because they have these things all over and the only difference (generally) is the numbers, which I doubt anyone has memorized. I've seen at least 10 of these things in or around Epcot and they're usually in very non-descript places. The only one I've seen sort of prominently displayed is the one is front of The Land pavilion because that's almost in a straight line in front of "The Land" sign at the entrance of the pavilion. The other ones I've seen are usually on an enbankment/curb that surround "green space"...in other words they're usually somewhere under a fence that separates walkway from grass/trees/flowers/topiaries/etc.

I suppose that's a clue because the angle seems like you were standing directly over it and there's no shadow of a fence, but I suppose you could have just done a close up by putting the camera under the gap between ground and fence.

EDIT: So I guess my guess would be in front of the Land. If that's not it it's probably either somewhere by the International Gateway or Odyssey given the question as to being more specific about entering the WS though that's simply speculation. Probably the Gateway because I don't think Odyssey is "named" on any maps any more.

Ah, but that's what makes the challenge interesting! The whole point of this game is to test your powers of observation and memory.

Is that your final answer...?

Actually, you had it right there in the palm of your hand with this part:
Mr.ToadWildRider wrote:...or Odyssey given the question as to being more specific about entering the WS...
That should have been your guess right there because that's the biggest clue. The Land is nowhere near "entering WS."

Tell you what. I'm going to give it to you because even though you actually guessed more than one location on the same try (technically, that's cheating... ), you're still the only one to even come close. Everyone else seems to have lost interest.

So here it is. It is right in front of the First Aid station in what is commonly known as the Odyssey building. The First Aid station is a landmark that appears on all maps. :D

Oh oops I wasn't really guessing those 2 just thinking out loud. I'd defer to MindFlipper for the next one who promted the entrance to the WS area clue. I'm sure he could've gotten it with such a scatter shot guess of cheatingly providing 3 locations :-p

I don't really have time to edit photos down so if anyone else wants to go, please feel free. I honestly had no idea where it was I just went by what Mousekedude said and I thought it was either the Land or the International Gateway.

Okay, I'd love to go again, but I don't want to be greedy. I'd say Mindflipper can go then, if no one else objects. :D

I didn't have time to go through my photos, so I plucked one of the net instead. Here we go:
