Amy, how many times did you ride TSM? And, more importantly, HOW did you ride so many times???Amy wrote:I'll have to count, but I think this trip I rode Toy Story Mania and Tower of Terror the most times.
I haven't looked yet but I think I rode it about 5 times. One time I lucked out. The wait time said 80 minutes, and I said "no way!" The CM at the start of the standby line asked why I was leaving and she said, no, the ride just came back on-line after being down for awhile, you probably only have a 20 minute-ish wait. Two of the times I was with my Mom who was in an ECV for this trip and cannot do stairs...you still have to wait in line, but not as long. And the rest of the times I was pretty lucky with timing I guess. It was a very cute ride and makes me want to check out the game for the Wiimomeja wrote:Amy, how many times did you ride TSM? Nope, the only single rider queues left anymore in all of WDW are for Rock n Roller Coaster ~ which was down almost every time I tried to ride it this trip, Expedition Everest ~ the single rider line wasn't open early in the day...or late in the day for that matter, and Test Track ~ where they shoo you through the room where they show the video after it has ended ~ no wait, but no preshowelizabethswann wrote:Pretty sneaky there, Amy! They still don't have the single rider anymore, right?
I would be nice to have more single rider queues, but as we have covered in a separate thread before its just too badly abused by the park guests.Amy wrote:Nope, the only single rider queues left anymore in all of WDW are for Rock n Roller Coaster ~ which was down almost every time I tried to ride it this trip, Expedition Everest ~ the single rider line wasn't open early in the day...or late in the day for that matter, and Test Track ~ where they shoo you through the room where they show the video after it has ended ~ no wait, but no preshowelizabethswann wrote:Pretty sneaky there, Amy! I asked at Mission Space and all the CM's agree there need to be a lot more attractions with single rider queues ~ they really want them too!
I know, but it seems like CM's would be able to discern between 1 or 2 people walking up and 42 people walking up to the single rider queue. I suppose it would be too hard to police. It's just a shame for those of us who really are riding all alone...sniff!mindflipper wrote:I would be nice to have more single rider queues, but as we have covered in a separate thread before its just too badly abused by the park guests.Amy wrote:Nope, the only single rider queues left anymore in all of WDW are for Rock n Roller Coaster ~ which was down almost every time I tried to ride it this trip, Expedition Everest ~ the single rider line wasn't open early in the day...or late in the day for that matter, and Test Track ~ where they shoo you through the room where they show the video after it has ended ~ no wait, but no preshowelizabethswann wrote:Pretty sneaky there, Amy! My favorite was the very first version, second revision not so much, the current is okay but I am voting for the return of the original, and even with using an EVC this time around I managed 3 trips to watch FIGMENT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>figmentaholic wrote:I really couldn't say how many times that I have ridden Journey Into Imagination. I know for sure that it has been more than two dozen times at least. I have ridden it three times in a day before. I usually get at least 2 rides on it per trip, and I have been each of the last 3 years, and then before that I used to actually live in Orlando, so I went on my days off from work.
I rode ToT a lot this trip too. I actually like it more now that they have the seatbelts and not the lap bars! I don't remember seeing the Everest picture yet. Maybe they were waiting for you to return ~ Welcome back b-babeboilerbabe wrote:I would say on this trip, we rode ToT the most!!! The wait time was never that long and even when it said 20 mins. it was more like 10! That is my ultimate fav. ride EVER!!!
I wish the Mouse Couple would post the picture of Everest! Mouseoholic's face is priceless! (Or maybe it was posted, I have not been through all of the threads yet!)
