My gut reaction was to say Soarin' but that's only because the ride is just short enough to allow for you to dangle your legs and have it not become uncomfortable. If the ride was longer I feel like I'd want a little support. I'm actually going to say either Tower of Terror or Living with the Land as both seats are fairly comfortable and (since they've removed the lap bars on ToT) all the seats on both have fairly ample leg room.
There aren't any lap bars on ToT anymore?!

Yep... they make you stand now. It actually makes the ride scarier.

I always liked Star Tours seats. Especially the armrest, how it curved up.

Well I figured there was some sort of restraint  Hmm, seat belts? I never really wanted that seat in the back with the belt. I usually found someone who was willing to trade. I liked the lap bar! Although there were a few times where I wanted the lap bar to be closer to my lap than it was   Oh, what the heck, ok, I'm game...

When I rode tower of terror with my aunt who is a bigger lady I got about a foot and a half of air. I was glad when they put in the belts

I'm not small, but for whatever reason I always used to get seated to someone significantly larger (particularly in the midsection region  ) than myself and I was always quite afraid that I would fly out. I'm sure Disney realized that this may actually tbe the case when you have a smaller child in a row with a large adult and decided individual seat belts would be much more safe and I'm quite glad for that.

Our top three rides, my family voted on, with the most comfortable seats are Carousel of Progress, Space Mountain, and Mr.Toad's Wild Ride. :mickey:

ToT is quite comfortable and the seat belts were installed as a safety precaution due to people flying out of the lap bars. If you notice, they make you lift up your hands and then grab the yellow string with your right hand to ensure that you are securely fastened. When there were the lap bars, people would intentionally not pull them down so they can enjoy the free-fall a bit more than intended.

I really feel it was as much for people unintentionally not having a lap bar down in that if you had someone who had a larger midsection in the same row as others who were significantly smaller they essentially had no "lap bar" but moreso a hold on for dear life bar; though I'm sure people intentionally left themselves several inches of space as well for the added effect.

As I am one of those people with the larger midsection, I can say you are correct. Last February, I went with my wife and sister in-law. My Sister-in-law had never been on tot, and really is scared of heights and drops. This made it that much worse! As she was being dropped in mid-air every time, she dug her nails into my arm deeper and deeper!! She actually drew blood and cast members came rushing over when they saw how bad my arm looked. She said the worst feeling was the hovering feeling since the lap bar was a good 6 inches off of her. She will now never go one again, lol
